Winter of 2021-2022 Snow Storm Parking Policy

There are nine (9) parking spaces located on the same side of the dumpsters that are designated for overnight parking during a snowstorm.

During a snowstorm, any vehicles that are not parked in one of the nine (9) designated spaces alongside the dumpsters WILL be towed at the owner’s expense.

When the snowstorm is OVER, all vehicles parked in these nine (9) designated spots MUST be moved to a cleared parking space in front of the building. This will allow our contractor to clear the rest of the parking lot. All vehicles MUST be moved by 10a.m. or WILL be towed at the owner’s expense.

Do not clear the snow from your snow covered vehicle onto an area that has already been plowed and cleared.

The company to call if your vehicle has been towed is…

Performance Towing — Tel. 644-8691

To avoid being towed, please utilize your garage parking spaces. The Board will not be knocking on doors or making phone calls if a vehicle is illegally parked. It is the sole responsibility of each and every owner/renter and their guests to abide by “The Pointe’s” snowstorm parking policy.

Thank you for your cooperation

DUMPSTER NOTICE

In an effort to accommodate the trash removal service we ask that you do not park in the three (3) spaces directly across from the dumpsters beginning at 7am Wednesday until noon on Thursday (signs posted).  The truck needs this room to maneuver into the corral to empty the dumpsters.  Any vehicles parked between these times (preventing trash pickup) will be towed at the owners expense.   Please note the trash removal company will not pick up any trash left on the ground in the corrals, be it trash bags or boxes.  Please break down all boxes.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated
